We must be as wise as serpents, women, and learn to take good care of our families. I have had many years of health issues; thus, I had a lot of time to research good food and natural remedies. In this book, I will share my timetested family favorite recipes and all of the natural healing ways that I have learned along the way. I don’t have a lot of recipes. I cook and feed my family simply, but learning from me, you will be able to expand, in many ways, meals that are healthier for your family. This may all appear completely overwhelming to many of you at first. It may all be something brand new for you. I encourage you to not feel you need to do everything at once. Begin with baby steps and do what you can do. I address this in more detail at the conclusion of this book. Women, you have a huge influence on your family and their health. You are the homemaker in your home! Begin choosing food the way God created it to be eaten over fast and convenient food that is filled with harmful ingredients and causes devastating diseases. This takes time and effort, but it is all well worth it! After all, the kitchen is the heart of the home.
